The Executive Secretary to the Managing Director will be responsible for high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the executive’s office.
The key duties include:
Schedule Management: Organizing and maintaining the Managing Director’s calendar, setting appointments, and arranging meetings.
Communication Handling: Managing incoming and outgoing communications such as calls, emails, and correspondence, filtering and prioritizing them as necessary.
Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action points.
Travel Arrangements: Planning and organizing travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Documentation and Reporting: Handling and organizing important documents, preparing reports, and filing essential records.
Collaboration: Coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and assist with special projects.
